Closed season 2025
Members are reminded that this coming Friday, 14th March, is the last day of the fishing season. This applies to all of our river venues, the Louth canal, and the Chesterfield canal from Gringley Road to the end of our stretch just before Drakehole Tunnel (the stretch of canal is designated as a SSSI). Night permit holders must cease fishing at, or before midnight on Friday.
Bonnyhale track repairs
Planned repairs to the Bonnyhale access gate ruts take place 19-21 March. Vehicular access will not be possible during this time. Thanks for your understanding.

Scunthorpe Amalgamated Anglers AGM 2025
The 2025 AGM for Scunthorpe Amalgamated Anglers will be held on Tuesday 1st April at 7pm at the RAOB club, Bottesford Rd, Scunthorpe DN16 3HF. What3words – ///equal.porch.votes. All members are welcome. The agenda will be posted nearer to the date. Any member wishing to raise something at the meeting must submit it in writing and email it to the club before 18th March. Please bring proof of membership with you, Clubmate or shop sales slip. A sandwich buffet is provided for all attendees.
