Our stretch starts at the weir, near Lock Road at Alvingham and continues with mostly double bank fishing for 11 miles to Tetney Lock. See maps for details and access points.
Shepherds Crook Farm have very generously offered our members the opportunity to use their car park free of charge whilst fishing. This will enable you to get off the main road and even grab a bite to eat. They serve the traditional style breakfast food.

The statutory coarse fish closed season applies to the Louth Canal
(No fishing is allowed between March 15th – June 15th Inclusive)
